SAP Plant Maintenance Order:
PM Orders are the most important part and key of planning and executing Maintenance activities. Maintenance order is a very powerful tool to record maintenance job details, Material involvement and wages, cost in the finance and controlling documents.
This functionality is not available in Notification.
Why we create PM order ?
1. Plan and Execute maintenance work in a well co-ordinate manner .
2. Maintenance Job schedule, priority, labor resources and capabilities
PM Order Types:
Following are the Standard PM Order types available in SAP, however additional order types can also be created on your need basis

Please i will like to know how to export the list of operations(task list) and duration from a PM work order to an excel sheet

DeleteOpen the Order by IW37N, Select the Order with Operation, Then Click the List (Menu) > Spreadsheet and Export.

Is there a way to assign a person to all operation on a work order all at a time? and not assigning them to each operation one by one
